What is cost of the rental package? 

Full DEB Richmond Rental Package :

You may choose individual packages for $65 or both for $130, which will have everything you need but the food! The Full package includes:

• 1 Folding Table
• 2 Folding Chairs
• 1 White Tote with the following items:
  • 2 China Dinner Plates (white)
  • 2 China Salad Plates (white)
  • 2 Polished Silver Plated Dinner Forks
  • 2 Polished Silver Plated Dinner Knives
  • 2 Polished Silver Plated Salad Forks
  • 2 Polished Silver Plated Dessert Spoons
  • 2 Stemmed Wine Glasses
  • 2 Stemmed Champagne Flute Glasses
  • 2 White Linen Napkins
  • 1 White Table Linen

Individual DEB Richmond Rental Packages :

You may also choose either your table and chair only, or your Tote only package for $65.00. The Tote will include everything listed above, and your table and chair will selection will come bundled in an over-the-shoulder strap to carry.

How much does the rental package weigh?

Just throw it over your shoulder!

The entire package weighs approximately 25 lbs. The chairs and table are connected to an over-the-shoulder strap, which makes it easy to carry.  The table-top items are conveniently packaged in a small white thermal tote bag (15”h x 13”w x 14”d).

Can I only rent the Table top Items ?

Yes ! This year your host is offering the option of either the tote purchase, or the table and chair purchase or both!

When is the last day I can purchase my rental package?

Don’t Wait!  Packages are Selling Fast!

Rental packages are based upon availability.  packages typically sell out before the final cut-off date.

Where and when do I pick up my rental package?

Pick up

Once a decision is made by us and the host committee we will email you instructions. We will either be on site on the day of the event or we will be setup in Richmond on Friday September 11th from 9am to 8pm.

Where do I return my rental package?

Return will be On Site at the secret location! Please look for the white tent and return your items to Rentals to Remember at the end of the night on site!

Please have your QR code or ID ready for pick up and return of your package to stream thru the check out and check in process!
