What is cost of the rental package?

For one low price of $130.00 plus tax, your rental package includes:

• 1 Folding Table
• 2 Folding Chairs
• 1 White Tote with the following items:
  • 2 China Dinner Plates (white)
  • 2 China Salad Plates (white)
  • 2 Polished Silver Plated Dinner Forks
  • 2 Polished Silver Plated Dinner Knives
  • 2 Polished Silver Plated Salad Forks
  • 2 Polished Silver Plated Dessert Spoons
  • 2 Stemmed Water Glasses
  • 2 Stemmed Wine Glasses
  • 2 White Linen Napkins
  • 1 White Table Linen

How much does the rental package weigh?

Just throw it over your shoulder!

The entire package weighs approximately 25 lbs. The chairs and table are connected to an over-the-shoulder strap, which makes it easy to carry. The table-top items are conveniently packaged in a small thermal tote bag (15”h x 13”w x 14”d).

Can I only rent the table and chairs?

The package is rented as a whole and is not sold “a la carte”.

When is the last day I can purchase my rental package?

Don’t Wait! Packages are Selling Fast!

Rental packages are based upon availability. Packages typically sell out before the final cut-off date.

Where do I pick up my rental package?

Pick up –

We have selected four locations for you package pick up based on your Departure Points 9/9/2023
1. DAR Constitution Hall: 1776 D St. NW Washington, DC 20006
2. Rawlins Park: 1900 E St NW, Washington, DC 20006
3. Foggy Bottom: 2301 I St. NW Washington, DC 20037
4. GW University Yard: 2036 H St. NW Washington, DC 20052

We will have a crew setup at your meeting location for your package pickup on 9/9/2023 starting at 4PM to 5:30PM. We will be dressed in white, like yourselves, with a sign displaying your meeting location name, along with a “Pickup” banner.

How do I return my rental package?

Look for “RTR Return Rentals” tent at the secret location!

Please return your entire rental package to our on-site return station at the conclusion of the event. To avoid missing item fees, you are required to sign-in all items upon return.

Please do not take your rental items back to the pick-up location.  We will not be there, instead we will be at the secret location for the duration of the event.
